Ashford Personnel and Solutions provides tailored support and accommodation in residential and supported living services within Ashford for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
The people we support may also have additional physical and cognitive needs and behaviours which others may find challenging.
We have been supporting people in Ashford and its surrounding areas since 2018, and offer a variety of person-centred services to adults with learning disabilities which focus on meeting people's needs, independent living and achieving outcomes.
We have a lot of experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities as well as people with acquired brain injuries, autistic spectrum disorders and physical and sensory impairments.
Through working with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds, we understand the importance of respecting the views of each person and we ensure that people are involved at all stages of the service planning and delivery.
Ashford Personnel and Solutions offer high quality accommodation in a supported living environment.
Our properties offer’s shared living accommodation and individual self-independence.
Ashford Personnel and Solutions helps with the provision of care for adults with a learning disability, who may also have:
- Support with personal care tasks
- Manage bills and form filling
- Reduce isolation through engagement in meaningful activities
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of individuals
- Help develop and maintain daily living skills
- Extra support to maintain the home
- Access to the community including support to and from activities which promote wellbeing
- Support to increase choice and control
All of our staff are trained above the minimum standards, and are 'police (DBS) checked'. We also provide services for government local authorities.
